I just wanted to share this article with everyone. The USA Today has an article today regarding teen drivers and encouraging parents to speak to their kids about safety. It then goes on to tell about a personal story for a woman who lost her daughter on prom night. I have posted it below for it is a very good article to read. Enjoy!!

This is a wonderful app!! It is used on smartphones and the website itself. By inputting the food you eat, you can help monitor what you are eating and how many calories your body is taking in each day. I recommend never going below 1200 calories. If you add your workout information, remember that once you input it , it will give you your calories back because they are burned. " just because you burn them does not mean you get to eat them."
